IRIS ORGANIC KITCHEN

IRIS Farm is located in the secluded KEMERDERE Village in ÇANAKKALE,far away from cities and highways,where the ancient civilation of TROY collected its waters.

At Kemerdere, we have been practicing ecological/organic agriculture since 1997 without the use of artificial fertilizers, chemicals and hormones.
 

We grow olives, vegetables,fruits and legumes, as well as animal products. We also produce the highest quality organic extra virgin olive oil from the traditional methods without the chemical processes commonly associated with olive oil production.
